For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), the Data Controller is MaxMods registered in the state of Colorado, United States of America with a registered address at P.O. Box 351402, Westminster, CO 80035-1402, USA.

Fundraising

We collect the personal information of individuals who participate in fundraising activities for MaxMods and other tradename Santa’s Little Hackers. This is collected to provide confirmation that we received your donation and to provide a receipt at the end of the tax year.

Social Media and Blog

We are active on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We do not collect data from these social media sources, though we will endeavor to answer questions and messages directed to us through these sources. All messages sent to us in this regard are governed by the privacy policies of the chosen platform. We may post and share stories and testimonials as provided by you, but will only do this with your prior consent.

Our Site is only intended to be used by individuals 13 years old or older. If you are not 13 years or older, do not use our Site.

We are headquartered in the United States. Your Personal Data may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our affiliates, partners, merchants, or service providers who are located worldwide.
